Question: I was just at a bridal show and there was a trio of musicians - violin, flute and chello playing classical music like "Canon in D" "Suite No.3 in D" - it was absolutely beautiful but cost $280 per hour. I am inclined to book them for our church ceremony because our church is charging us $100 for an organist to play anyways (I have not booked her yet). I think it would sound much nicer than an organ. Is this a little over the top for a church wedding? Would it be ok to have this trio or would it be just as good to have our dj play the same types of classical music at our wedding as he would charge $200. Have you seen live music or djs at the church before?
