QUESTION
From: Wedding Palace Visitor
Subject:
Question: I am wondering how to seat my parents and grandparents at my wedding. Everyone is divorced and remarried. My mom is divorced and remarried to my stepdad. Mom & Stepdad raised me. Dad is remarried to my stepmom. Mom and Stepmom can't stand the sight of one another and Stepmom is known for starting public arguments cause Mom might look at her the wrong way or something else petty. Grandparents on both Mom and Dad's side are all divorced and remarried as well, so there are 8 grandparents total when you include my stepgrandparents. Should my grandparents just be told that they have to get along with and sit with their exspouses on the same row, or should I separate all 4 couples. There's just too many divorces and remarriages in my family to make sure everyone is seated away from one another.
