QUESTION
From: Wedding Palace Visitor
Subject:
Question: I have a form fitting tulip/mermaid style dress. It is actually a skirt and strapless bodice. I don't know if I should bustle the back of the dress. It isn't a long train but it will be a garden wedding in May and I would like to minimize the dirt that will collect on the bottom of the dress. There isn't really any underslip, but it is made of heavy satin. How do I make the bustle. I do sew and also have someone who could help me if needed
