Question: I have a bride that wants a tiered/stack wedding cake to serve some of her guests at the reception, but she also wants just a sheet cake that can be cut and served as well (doesnt have to be present next to the wedding cake) any ideas on what i should do? What size pan? Should they be served from cake board or from the pan itself?
