RESPONSE
From: Hansen, CWP
Response: Hi Kelli,
Both of what Glenna and Veronica suggested are perfect. As a Wedding director myself, whenever a church member of my church gets married, I will often donate my services which is about two hours as their wedding gift.

I would suggest that you ask this wedding director what she feels is feasible. If she states it is up to you, then usually $200.00 to $250.00 is the average for Three hours. Some churches do have set wedding fees so you may want to check with your Pastor of the Church administrator. It would be hard to do the percentage as this person has not actually helped you plan the wedding but is only assisting with the day of activities.

You might also consider giving to the Director as much as you give the Pastor. Just some ideas...you could also ask someone in the church that has been married there with the help of this director, what they paid her.

Best Wishes and Congratulations!!
