RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: Hi Donna, You can certainly use the white tulle. Most of your guests will assume that you intended the wedding colors to be white and ivory. Another option is to try dying the tulle using tea bags. You might want to experiment with a small piece first to be sure you get the strength right. Simply place tea bags in hot water until your obtain the desired color, then place the fabric in it. Watch carefully to be sure that it doesnt get too dark. Then rinse in cool water and let dry. This is a way to make new fabrics look old and it works in situations like yours as well. If the ivory color turns out to be slightly darker than the chair covers, that would be okay.
