RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: Hello Ivy, That is an interesting arrangement and one that would violate liquor laws in many states. The way to inform your guests that they can bring their own drinks is to include a small card in the invitation indicating that your facility provides only beer and soft drinks, but will allow guests to bring their own wine or other items if they would like. Guests can then choose whether to bring something.

One thing to be aware of in a situation like this is that you will be assuming the liability for anyone who brings a bottle and drinks too much, not the facility, since their bar isnt serving anything other than beer.
