RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: Hello Diane, If you have reserved a block of rooms at one or more hotels, you should say something like:
For your convenience we have reserved rooms at a reduced rate at XYZ Hotel. Please call the hotel at - phone number - and indicate that you are with the Smith - Jones wedding.

If you have not reserved rooms, then you can include the names of several hotels in the area with their phone numbers and let guests make their own decision on where to stay. There is no need to provide information about parking. If that will be a problem, place that information on your web site. You can also include the hotel information on your web site so those who misplace the card have access to it.
