RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: Hi Leslie, The 'rule' for shoes for social dress is that they should be the same color as, or darker than, the dress. Because your dresses are so different I would suggest that you wear shoes to match your dresses and not try to match each other. You could wear a yellow shoe if you can find one or a medium-toned brown/beige shoe and the other bridesmaid could wear a blue shoe or even a black one, depending on what meets her physical needs. It would be okay for you to wear heels even if she doesnt. If you can find similar styles, that would be helpful, but it isnt mandatory. You will both be in photos, so you want to look as coordinated as possible.
