RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: Hi Candace, I would place the ring ceremony wording before the dinner information because it occurs first. You might say, 'You are cordially invited to attend their ring ceremony followed by a dinner reception at 5:30 p.m. at Shenandoah Mill....

If you dont expect many people to attend the ring ceremony, then you could say 'You are cordially invited to attend their ring ceremony at 5:30 p.m. followed by a dinner reception at 7:00 p.m. at Shenandoah Mill....

You dont need to include the ending time for either event.
