Response: If the vendor absolutely refuses to work with you on remedying the problem, you may need to consider going to small claims court to get your money back. Also contact your nearest Better Business Bureau. They may be able to help resolve the problem.
You might also want to find out if family members and friends took pictures at the wedding. Usually, there are numerous cameras present. You may be able to get copies of prints from others to supplement or replace those that the photographer took.
