RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: When your wedding is held in mid-afternoon between the lunch and dinner hours, you can serve very little food and it is fine. You can go as simple as a cake and punch reception. You might also consider having a dessert reception. Guests love them. To do so, you provide a variety of mini bite-sized desserts. You can make a variety of bar cookies and cut them in 2' x 2' squares and place in individual papers. You might make mini cream puffs, etc.

If you want to have regular food, then a vegetable tray and cheese and crackers is fine. Choose a variety of imported cheeses and perhaps add some fruit.
