RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: Your guests are responsible for their own costs. It is courteous, however, for you to arrange a block of rooms at a hotel for them. There is no cost to you to block rooms. The rooms are held until a month before the wedding, then those that arent reserved are released to the public. You provide the name and phone number of the hotel in your invitation. If you have time, it would be a courtesy to send out save the date cards several months before the wedding so that guests can make plans if they want to attend.
