Response: Here is an idea that I have done about 10 times now and every time people rave about the meal.. I cook linquini, put it in a warmer, then have a red sauce with meatballs and an alfredo sauce. Make a ceasar salad, romaine, croutons, parmesan and dressing and serve rolls and garlic butter. You can make alot for a small amount of money, people can go back and eat as much as they want and having the two sauces seems elegant so its not just a spagetti feed. I promise people will love it. Also, you can cook the meatballs a month ahead and freeze them and you can precook the pasta aday or two ahead and put it in large baggies. Right before the food goes out, put the pasta in a collinder and pour boiling water over it, its then throw in some garlic butter and its ready to go.
