RESPONSE
From: Wedding Palace Visitor
Response: Hi Jamie. I wanted to ask you a question actually. You are having your father perform your wedding, and I wondered how you went about that? We want my mom to perform our wedding, and she is going to be ordained online to do so. I understand this is legal in all 50 states, but that each state has seperate laws and some may not recognize it? I live in NY, and our wedding will be on Long Island. Im having a really hard time finding out if and how my mom can do this. I even called the Town Clerks office where we will get our marriage license and they told me they had no idea! I dont know who to ask. Just thought maybe you live in NY or might be able to tell me the steps to take to make this happen. Thanks!
