RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: When you have a bachelor or bachelorette party, each guest pays their own way. Everyone chips in to cover the costs for the bride and groom unless one of the planners can afford to personally pay for the couple.

I am not sure what you mean by a cover charge. Surely the bride and groom are not charging their friends to attend their party. That would be the height of rudeness. If you mean that a club charges a cover fee, then the guests would cover that for the couple.
