Response: If the couple are already married, they are having a vow renewal ceremony, not an actual wedding. I am not sure what type of party you may be having. If it is an open house or a picnic, etc., you would simply invite guests to an open house, picnic, etc. in honor of Susan and John Doe.

Because the couple is already married and has been for a period of time, you would not be having a reception in celebration of their marriage. Gifts are not expected at events that occur a year or more after the marriage and most guests wont bring one.
