Response: The veil sounds interesting, but I agree that you will probably have to have it made, or make it yourself. They are really not difficult, and tulle is very inexpensive. A rotary cutter is better to cut the curve from bottom to side, as it gives a cleaner edge than scissors.
Gloves are a totally personal choice. They were once considered absolutely necessary. Consider, if your gown is strapless or sleeveless, 'fingerless' gloves, which cover the arm and drape over the wrist, sometimes in a point, but do not interfere with the fingers at all.
