RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: The bride and groom are ultimately responsible for all of the costs associated with their wedding. If parents want to help, they will offer to do so. If you are having a reception in the locations where your parents live, the brides parents might choose to host the one where they live and the grooms parents might offer to host the one where they live. However, if they dont volunteer, then the bride and groom should plan to pay for one or both receptions. The groom has no responsibilities apart from his bride once they are married.
