RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: That is quite a bit of food for a mid-afternoon wedding. The amount of food that you plan to serve is more often served closer to a meal time. If you expect your guests to stay into the evening, it will be okay but if you are not having dancing to keep guests from leaving, most will be gone by 5:30 or 6:00 and you may have quite a bit of leftover food.

If you are not having dancing, I would serve only a non-sweet alternative to the cake and punch, such as a fruit tray. If you do expect guests to stay later, some of them will want to eat later so you will need to have at least one server or perhaps two to keep the food replenished and keep it cold or warm as needed.
