RESPONSE
From: Wedding Palace Visitor
Response: Hello SH,

My advice comes from living with protruding bones at the base of the big toes and, more recently, a condition that causes severe heel pain, which is alleviated by the constant use of custom orthotics. Unfortunately for a lady involved in a wedding party, orthotic accommodating shoes are not very pretty. They can be elegant, but very plain. Other common foot conditions make the wearing of pretty shoes very painful. I would ask my bridesmaids to find shoes in the colour you would like, keeping that colour simple and easy to find, so that they will be comfortable on your wedding day. The most important thing for me is that my bridesmaids be happy and not in any pain. That, I think, will be remembered more positively than a sexy shoe, and certainly appreciated. The ladies will love you all the more for it.
