RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: Such registries as the honeymoon one are really tacky and are a breach of etiquette. The bride and groom should not expect their guests to finance their wedding or honeymoon and particularly to tell guests what they are expected to spend. Gifts are given on the basis of your budget, so if you choose to give something from the honeymoon registry, give as you are able. You may want to consider giving something from their gift registry rather than giving approval to their greed by participating in the honeymoon registry.
