RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: If you check with two or three caterers, each can provide menus with luncheon suggestions, then you can choose the one that best fits your needs.

When you have an outdoor wedding, there are several things to consider when deciding on the food to serve. If there is no kitchen nearby for the catering staff to work from, they will probably need to bring a trailer that they will work out of. If there is no stove, the food you choose will need to be items that can be served at room temperature or that can be transported in hot boxes without losing quality. If there is no refrigerator available, you will be limited on the amount of cold items that can be served, including chilled beverages. Once you know exactly what is and is not available at the location of the wedding, you can then inform the potential caterers and they will guide you to the items that will work best at your location.
