RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: Both money trees and money dances are controversial, though money dances are more common and are usually tolerated better by guests. However, to have both at the same wedding would clearly send the message that you are expecting guests to help finance the wedding or honeymoon. Your guests are not obligated to help finance any part of the wedding. Rather, they should be invited because you enjoy their company and you want them to celebrate your special day with you. To give the impression that they were invited only for the money can offend many people and ruin friendships.
