RESPONSE
From: Tooman
Response: A no-host bar is very common and your guests
should not be offended to purchase their own
drinks. If you feel that your guests
will expect you to host something, you might
consider hosting a limited amount of beer and/or
wine. By choosing a no-host bar, you limit
your liability should one of your guests drink
too much and have an accident or get in a fight
with another guest. In our society today,
it is better to be safe than to be the object
of a law suit.
