Response: You, as the host, you get to decide whether to include out of town relatives who have arrived early at the dinner. They wont be at the rehearsal, so if you go directly from the rehearsal to dinner, it may be inconvenient for some of them. In some areas of the country, particularly the southeast, they routinely invite the out of town guests to the dinner. However, as hosts, you should do what you can afford to do and what the location of the dinner can accommodate.
